Stygian sniper

The Stygian Empire under the influence and guidance of the Alpha Legion devoted a lot of effort into the training and development of snipers.  These snipers were then widely used across the many battlefronts of the Stygian Wars often creating an impact far in excess of their numbers.  Stygian snipers were noted for their use of demoralizing tactics against imperial platoons where they would wound a guardsman to serve as bait and to demoralize his fellow soldiers when they would be killed if they tried to save the hapless man and were thus forced to listen to the wounded man's agonized screams.
