Khyber Crusade-Khyber moon- The Harkoni cabal led their cultists into the mining rig and with a flurry of blows and screaming prayers to the Dark gods hacked apart the eldar rangers and their leader.
The fire dragon exarch and the farseer charged the forsworn who held firm in the face of their onslaught. Konar the crazed even managing to wound the fire dragon exarch.
The falcon burst forward its deadly weapons damaging the second vindicator before slamming into Sokar the sinister and his squad crushing a single marine. The farseer and fire dragon exarch began to withdraw along with the remaining guardians. The raid had failed with surprise lost. However the Alpha Legion seemed intent on persuing them and cutting them down before they could reach their webway portals and make good on an escape.
A squad of warp spiders appeared behind the Harkoni cabal and poured a torrent of monofilament fire that literally cut most of the cultist apart
They then charged in killing most of the cultists and threatening the heart of the Harkoni cabal itself. The Alpha legion pursuit of the eldar ended as they turned to save the cabal. No sooner had they closed the distance, the warp spiders activated their warp jump ability and disappeared. They reappeared second later in front of a webway portal a disappeared along with the rest of the eldar. Lord Magwar breathed easy. The Khyber moon base and the noctolith crown were safe and secure from further threats. Lord Magwar ordered his psychers to ward the perimeter from detection and ordered additional nasty trap wards on the perimeter to fry anyone opening a portal there. The Khyber moon facility would be operational and help create the Khyber Path that would see reinforcements to the Stygian empire.
