Warpsmith Virdex

 

Warpsmith Virdex of the Alpha Legion served as a liaison between the Legion and Dark Mechanicus in addition to spearheading a number of nefarious initiatives on his own. He was a keen innovator of daemon engines as well as a clever industrialist setting up daemon haunted manufacturing on worlds held by the Stygian Empire.  He was in essence the architect of their war machine.  His loyalties were questioned by some in the Legion and the Stygian empire for his devotion to Vashtorr.  His effectiveness was often enough to mute these critics.  At the moment Virdex appears to serve two masters, the Alpha Legion and Vashtorr the arkfane.
