Many khornate cultists flourished in the Stygian Empire. They were often found fighting in the Stygian Wars. The Alpha Legion overlords of the Stygian Empire would often recruit and use them as a disposable shock force to create a initial breach in Imperial defense lines. Alternatively they were deployed behind imperial lines as disrupters and terror troops. With their dedication to Khorne and slaughter they excelled at both roles and were a common sight in the Stygian Wars.
