Adding psychic jammers to the Spiteful Siren

Captured rogue psychers were plugged into the sensors of the Spiteful Siren adding to the ships ability to detect other ships.  Furthermore some psychers were plugged into broadcasting systems to enable psychic jamming of imperial war ships.
