Recon into the rift

A small ship slipped into the warp rift and made it's way to Veridia, the first of the seven planets that disappeared during the noctis aeterna.  Approaching the planet a small team of Scions was sent down to the unresponsive capital below.  Veridia was a world that now belonged to the dead.  Millions of poxwalkers roamed the streets cavorting with daemons of nurgle.  The planet forever altered by the warps touch.  Carefully the scions observed and reported.
