Blown apart quarentined building

Bio warfare was used by Stygian forces throughout the Stygian Wars.  This building housed infected from a Stygian bio weapon.  The destruction of the building either came about by panic stricken locals, or Stygian forces as they advanced on the outpost.  The result was the same either way leaving a grim reminder of the horror of the Stygian Wars written on the ruins.
