At Helgen hive inquisitor Victoria Shadowhawk arrived with a cohort of silent sisters and an arco flagellant designated IH576. Informing the local imperial authorities that classified information had reached the inquisition of a threat growing in the underhive. The inquisition had therefore ordered a purge sweep to locate and destroy the threat.
