Naval Transport "Antigonis"- The Death Guard also targeted medical and surgical compartments  as they attacked the ship.  These lightly defended areas were overwhelmed with ease.  While not every medical compartment was assaulted enough of them were that many of the wounded would die before receiving proper care.  This was especially true considering the radiation that was silently leaking into many compartments due to Death Guard sabotage.
