Psychic Duel

An Imperial sanctioned psycher and a Stygian rogue psycher engage in a life or death duel of psychic wills in the midst of war torn Volgagrad.  Physical manifestations of psychic energy have begun to emerge between the two duelists as both of them throw all the energy they have at one another.
