Kushan IV- Even as the imperials reeled from the revolution brought about by operation Hemiplegia an Alpha Legion and Stygian fleet emerged from the warp on a course for Kushan IV. This was the start of Operation Headsman the twin of Operation Hemiplegia and a key component of the new sector wide Crimson Dragon Offensive. The orbital defense station orbiting Kushan IV had its augers blinded due to internal sabotage and broadcast scrap code from the Alpha Legion fleet. This left them blind and vulnerable.
Multiple boarding skiffs and assault craft attacked the defense orbital. Each disgorged squads of Alpha Legion assault infantry to overwhelm the defenses. Weakened from the revolt there was little chance of repelling the boarders.
