Imperial forces were soon hit by waves of counter attacking mutants that began to push the imperials out of the outer habzone. The attacks were led by a lone possessed Alpha legion marine. This was the final confirmation for Bishop Vercito that the ocularian inquisitors warning was correct. The Alpha legion had sent in a possessed legionnaire to organize and lead a uprising against imperial rule.
