Satinia II- Imperial Bishop Vercito begins public sermons demanding the purge of mutants from outer habzone 821. The habzone was in ruins from earlier raids during the stygian wars. The imperial citizens and the pdf greeted the calls for a purge enthusiastically. Unknown to all but Bishop Vercito the impetus for the purge came from a secret directive from a radical inquisitor from the Ocularian faction whose questionable scrying detected a growing threat in the outer habzone.
