Commodore Kangas watched the Warspite burning in the void. All vox signal had been lost when the cruiser had been raked by the arch enemy ships. Kangas knew that he could do nothing for the Warspite but he could avenge her. The Justicar shook as it unleashed a broadside into the rear of the two murder class cruisers.
Shockingly the Warspite managed to launch a squadron of bombers from the inferno that was the launch bay. They dove into a wall of fire as flak cannons and laser fire threw up a storm of defensive fire. Despite the heavy fire two bomb bombs punched into the hull wounding the Dark Jihad.
