Operation Headsman part 5

 

Kushan IV- Alpha Legion assault groups quickly made planetfall attacks on air and space port facilities.  The Alpha Legion marines were quick to cut down imperial defenders.

With the landing sites taken additional elements could be brought down to conquer the planet.  The captured landing facilities were logistical necessities for swift mobile military operations on Kushan IV.
