Battling over the jammers

Astigi Flashfire Campaign- Astigi- day 2- Imperial special forces scion units were flown from the operable airbases in the north to the first targets in the Imperial counteroffensive.  The first priority had been determined as the reliable reestablishment of communications.  Therefore the jammers were the first targets on Day 2.  Scion troops battled Stygian militia in horrific firefights to shut down the jammers.  Despite heavy losses the Scions were over 90 percent successful and at the end of day 2 reliable communications had been established.
