Assault on the northern airfield

Astigi Flashfire Campaign- Astigi- Northern wastes-Day 1- The Anglican garrison at the airfield managed to bring down the kamikaze aquilla before it could slam into the airfield.  However a large group of Stygian conscripts landed nearby and began assaulting the base.  The Anglican force managed to hold them off albeit after suffering a number of casualties themselves.  The surviving conscripts faded back into the wastes menacing the base with the possibility of another attack and tying down the Imperial garrison.
