Lycos- As the withdrawal order came Dark Apostle Silas of the 7th Hydra grand company Alpha Legion broadcast a repeating sermon of insurrection and instructions for patronage seeking from the warp to the indentured workers of Lycos before heading back to the departing Shard of Tartarus. It was hoped such a broadcast would incite further insurrection and insurgency on the planet in the future. It was further hoped such an insurgency would hinder the planet,s industrial output and recovery.
