mutant militia

During the Stygian Wars, then Stygian Empire made use of mutant militias in their armed forces.  These militias helped form a pdf (planetary defense force) for conquered worlds as well as an assault element in Stygian armies and during FLASHFIRE  campaigns.  The mutants often loathed the Imperium and could be counted upon to fight to the death versus Imperial forces.
