Siezing the power grid

Jorvik uprising- Chaos cults moved quickly early on in the uprising to sieze control of the power grid in Umbria's capital city of Jorvik.  Mechanicus guardians were overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of cultists that made up the insurrection.
