A new army-House Harrowstorm

 

I decided my Alpha Legion and the Stygian Empire needed more allies as befits their menacing status.  It was time to add a chaos knight army to the mix to use as allies and as a stand alone force.  As I write this I am still awaiting the new chaos Knights book.  However what really got me excited for the project was the chaos knight Christmas detachment the iconclast fiefdom.  Now I have done up plenty of cultists and even traitor guard.  What got me excited was the idea of doing cultists as dark mechanicus.  Being as I have no desire to play in tournaments that left me free to go with 3d printed third party vendors to create my dark mechanicus cultists.  This was going to be fun and exciting.  Also after reading the detachment rules it struck me that this would be a fun army to play.  Also since a quarter of the army will be made up of relative chaff units fueling the Knights and claiming objectives it might make playing into a chaos knight army easier and more enjoyable.  If this is something that interests you feel free to watch for future posts about Project Harrowstorm.
