Imperial resistance

Lorica V- OPERATION SEPTIC SLASH- D-DAY- Kharkovian Guard and mechanicus forces began to impose order and form series centers of resistance and even counterattack against the Death Guard rampage.  Death Guard units fought viciously and stubbornly at first before breaking contact and retreating back off planet to their ships.  Imperial forces celebrated as the Death Guard left the system only to be hammered by the hidden virus bombs the Death Guard had left behind.
