Battle of Guttar- Chemical storage raid part 3

The Stygian militia continued to advance upon the Guardian marine raiding force.  In the center the guards near the storage tanks opened a hail of small arms fire into the sternguard squad.  Adding to their weight of fire came shots from the helbrute with autocannon.  The hail of fire punched down a few of the marines as the stygian forces pushed forwards.

Meanwhile the Helbrute with the plasma cannon opened fire at the marine squad advancing against the left flank.  A massive blast of plasma immolated one of the marines.  The stygian militia led by the Alpha Legion champion added their fire to that of the helbrute continuing to pound the Imperial marines.

The Helbrute with autocannon issued a massive war cry through it's speakers before rushing in against the sternguard.  It's massive lash cutting down one marine with ease but was unable to find the second marine who desperately was throwing Krak grenades at the chaos war machine.
